Nice Nurse

Registered Nurse

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct home visits along with clinical, initial and re-assessments

  • Develop appropriate care plans based on member's needs

  •  Complete all necessary paperwork and keep up with EOEA standards

  • Work closely with Care managers and Caregivers to coordinate services

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Vietnamese, Mandarin, Spanish, or Khmer

  • Valid Registered Nurse's license from the Commonwealth of MA

  • Valid CPR certificate 

  • Must be fully vaccinated (including booster)

Caregiver

Care Managers

Responsibilities:​

  • Conduct initial evaluation for client's appropriateness of services

  • Complete necessary paperwork per each visit as needed 

  • Provide resources to multidisciplinary team to improve services

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Vietnamese, Mandarin, Spanish, or Khmer 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, and 2 years of experience working with the elderly/disabled

    • ​

  • Physical Examination (within the last 1 year)

  • - TB test or X-Ray test results (within the last 1 year)

  • - Fully Vaccinated (including 1 booster) or willing to have a booster done upon hire

  • - Valid work identification

Caregiver

Personal Care Givers

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the member with the following:

    • Personal care activities in their home

    • Independent activities of daily living

    • Medical appointments

  • Report any noticeable changes in the member's physical/mental condition, unsafe behavior, and/or member/caregiver accidents IMMEDIATELY

  • Observe safety precautions

  • Engage in respectful and courteous social interactions with the member

Requirements:

  • Physical Examination (within the last 1 year)

  • - TB test or X-Ray test results (within the last 1 year)

  • - Fully Vaccinated (including 1 booster) or willing to have a booster done upon hire

  • - Caring, friendly, and able to follow directions

  • - Valid Identification
